How?

I have two superpowers, neither of which I would have selected if given the choice, but they're both better than being Swamp Thing, so I'm not going to complain.

Superpower 1 - I always arrive on time. This is particularly uncanny because I don't wear a watch and totally don't care whether I'm on time or not. Nevertheless, I am punctual to a superhuman degree.

Superpower 2 - I'm unnaturally good at pointing out things that you, personally, will love or otherwise find very helpful. Yes, I realize that I don't actually know you. That's the uncanny part.
